      高校党建工作是基层党建工作的重要组成部分,是落实高校立德树人根本任务的组织保障。“双一流”建设背景下加强工科院校研究生基层党建工作具有突出的时代价值和现实意义。当前,工科院校研究生基层党建工作普遍存在方法创新少、协同效果弱、主体参与度低等问题。加强工科院校研究生基层党建工作,要坚持以智慧党建为主要形式,创新基层党建治理方式;以组织协同为主要方针,创新基层党建责任体系;以导师参与为主要模式,创新基层党建互动模式。
英文摘要:
      The party building work in colleges and universities is an important part of grassroots party building work and an organizational guarantee for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents in colleges and universities. Strengthening the grassroots party building work of graduate students in engineering colleges under the background of the “Double First Class” construction has outstanding historical value and practical significance. At present, there are common problems in the grassroots party building work of graduate students in engineering colleges, such as lack of method innovation, weak synergy, and low participation of the main body. In order to strengthen the grassroots party building work of graduate students in engineering colleges, we need to innovate the governance methods of grassroots party building with adhering to the main form of smart party building; innovate the grassroots party building responsibility system with organizational collaboration as the main policy; innovate the interactive mode of grassroots party building with the participation of mentors as the main mode.
