导师在研究生思想政治教育中扮演重要角色,是研究生思想政治教育的主要依靠力量。与其他思想政治教育工作者相比,导师对研究生的思想引导更加全方位、渗透在学术指导中、以师门为载体、躬行示范性强。在实践中深化研究生导师对自身的角色认知,构建导师和研究生的情感共同体,在科研指导中引导学生进行自我教育,加强师门的组织与管理,在与学生的日常互动中体现示范作用等,是有效发挥研究生导师思想政治教育引导作用的重要路径。 |

Supervisors play an important role in ideological and political education, and are the main relying force for graduate ideological and political education. Compared with other ideological educators, supervisors provide more comprehensive guidance on graduate students thoughts, permeating into academic guidance, which is based on team work and has a strong demonstration effect. The important practical paths for effectively exerting the guiding role of supervisors include: deepening graduate supervisors understanding of their own roles in practice, enhancing their role identification and skills, building an emotional community between supervisors and graduate students, guiding students self education in scientific research guidance, strengthening the organization and management of teamwork and embodying the exemplary role in daily interactions with students. |
