| 劳动解放是实现人的自由全面发展的必要前提，而人工智能是用科学技术解决劳动解放问题的重要手段。人工智能在介入人类劳动的过程中，通过改变人的生产方式、生活方式和存在方式，解放劳动力，进而推动人的自由全面发展。然而，在资本逻辑主导下，人工智能的应用进一步加剧了人的本质的异化，引发技术性失业潮、人的主体性危机和交往异化等问题。基于此，建议从主体、制度、价值导向和教育等维度对人工智能加以规制，使其更好地助力劳动解放，进而促进人的自由全面发展。 |

| Labor liberation is a necessary prerequisite to realize peoples free and comprehensive development. Artificial intelligence is an important means of solving labor liberation problems through scientific and technological means. In the process of intervening in human labor, artificial intelligence extends human labor capabilities by changing peoples production, lifestyle, and existence, thereby promoting their free and comprehensive development. However, under the guidance of capital logic, the application of artificial intelligence further deepens the alienation of human nature, causing problems, such as the tide of technological unemployment, the crisis of human subjectivity modernity and communication alienation. Based on this, it is recommended to regulate artificial intelligence from the dimensions of subject, system, value orientation, and education, in order to better assist labor liberation and promote the free and comprehensive development of human beings. |
