      回顾改革开放以来国内乡村旅游业发展简史,可以发现,“农家乐”和“洋家乐”是两类具有典型性的消费产品形态,而“关于乡村消费的性质,需要置于乡村消费方式持续变化的情境之中加以探讨”。基于消费社会学关于旅游和消费的论述以及在四川、浙江的实地田野调研,着重从“场所”重构暨“消费”重构角度揭示了乡村旅游类别化产品的体现方式(外形和含义),进而结合旅游业发展新态势,提出更有助于乡村旅游业发展的政策建议。

      Looking back at the brief history of the development of rural tourism in China since the reform and opening up, it can be found that “rural leisure” and “foreign leisure” are two typical consumer product forms, and “the nature of rural consumption needs to be discussed in the context of continuous changes in rural consumption patterns”. Based on the discourse on tourism and consumption in consumer sociology and field research in Sichuan and Zhejiang, this paper focuses on revealing the manifestation (appearance and meaning) of rural tourism classified products from the perspectives of “place”reconstruction and “consumption” reconstruction. Furthermore, combined with the new trend of tourism development in the new era, policy recommendations that are more conducive to the development of rural tourism are proposed.
