| 大数据技术以其容量大、速度快、类型多样化的特征成为信息时代的重要引擎，引发了人类认知和思维方式的深刻变革。大数据技术并不是一种中立的工具，人的价值观决定了大数据技术的存在。大数据技术代表一定的立场，在集体层面上，将人们推向了非价值中立的方向。大数据技术以内在善为原初性制约，大数据技术具体道德原则的制定是人类内在善逐步显化的结果。 |

| Big data technology has become an important engine of the information age with its huge capacity, fast speed and diverse types, triggering profound changes in human cognition and ways of thinking. Big data technology is not a neutral tool, because humans sense of values determines the existence of big data technology. Big data technology represents a certain stance, pushing people towards non value neutrality at the collective level. Big data technology is constrained by intrinsic goodness as primordial constraint. The formulation of specific moral principles of big data technology is the result of the gradual manifestation of the intrinsic goodness of human beings. |
