| 在中华民族伟大复兴的进程中，中国共产党遵循“和平为上”基本理念，根据不同历史时期交往环境的变化，引领中国对外政治话语建构大体经历了新生政权的维护与反对霸权主义话语的生成、国际认同的提高与全方位交往格局的形成、国际影响力的提升与全球治理的推进三个发展阶段。其中蕴含的基本经验主要表现在准确把握时代主题、科学判断世界发展大势的话语前提；坚持反对霸权主义、维护世界和平的话语立场；坚持国家利益至上原则、捍卫国家核心利益的话语底线；增强国家综合国力、夯实对外政治话语的生成基础。 |

| In the process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the CPC following the basic concept of “peace first”and according to the changes in the communication environment in different historical periods, has led the construction of Chinas foreign political discourse through three stages of development, namely, the maintenance of the new regime and the generation of discourse against hegemonism, the improvement of international identity and the formation of an all round communication pattern, the improvement of international influence and the promotion of global governance. The basic experience contained in it is mainly manifested in accurately grasping the theme of the times and scientifically judging the discourse premise of the worlds development trend; adhering to the discourse stance of opposing hegemonism and maintaining world peace; adhering to the principle of putting national interests first and defending the bottom line of national core interests; enhancing the comprehensive national strength and solidifying the foundation for generating foreign political discourse. |
