| 基于高阶理论和资源基础理论，构建了“创业型科学家角色协同-双重网络嵌入-学术衍生企业成长绩效”模型，并探讨企业资源配置能力的调节作用。对161家学术衍生企业的调研结果表明：创业型科学家角色协同对企业成长绩效具有显著的正向影响，商业网络嵌入和学术网络嵌入在两者之间起中介作用；企业的资源配置能力会调节商业网络嵌入和学术网络嵌入与企业成长绩效之间的关系，企业的资源配置能力越强，双重网络嵌入对企业成长绩效的影响效果也越强。 |

| Based on higher order theory and resource based theory, a model of “academic entrepreneurs role synergy dual network embedding academic derivative enterprise growth performance” was constructed, and the moderating effect of enterprise resource allocation capability was explored. A survey of 161 academic derivative enterprises shows that the collaborative role of academic entrepreneurs has a significant positive impact on the growth performance of enterprises, with business network embedding and academic network embedding playing a mediating role between the two. The resource allocation ability of enterprises will regulate the relationship between business network embedding and academic network embedding and enterprise growth performance. The stronger the resource allocation ability of enterprises, the stronger the impact of dual network embedding on enterprise growth performance. |
