| 独立董事网络位置具备流动性和复杂性，能够影响咨询职能和监督职能的发挥，以及企业创新战略的选择。以2011—2021年A股上市公司为样本，依据独立董事网络中心度和结构洞丰富度来划分网络位置，分析并检验独立董事网络位置与企业双元创新之间的关系，以及金字塔控股在其中的调节作用。结果表明：网络中心度与企业渐进式创新呈正相关关系，与突破式创新呈倒U型关系；结构洞丰富度与企业渐进式创新呈正相关关系；金字塔层级增多会弱化独立董事网络位置与企业双元创新之间的关系。研究结论对企业充分利用独立董事社会资本推动企业双元创新具有重要的指导意义。 |

| The network location of independent directors has liquidity and complexity， which can affect the effective performance of consulting and supervisory functions， as well as the selection of enterprise innovation strategies. Using A share listed companies from 2011 to 2021 as a sample， network locations are divided based on the centrality of independent director networks and the richness of structural holes. The relationship between independent director network locations and the ambidextrous innovation is analyzed and tested， as well as the moderating role of pyramid holdings in it. The results of the study show that the network centrality is positively correlated with the incremental innovation of enterprises， and has an inverted U shaped relationship with breakthrough innovation; the richness of structural holes is positively correlated to the incremental innovation of enterprises. In addition， the increase of pyramid layers will weaken the relationship between the network position of independent directors and the ambidextrous innovation. The research conclusion has important guiding significance for enterprises to fully utilize the social capital of independent directors to promote the ambidextrous innovation of enterprises. |
