| 运用Citespace知识图谱分析法对国内外440篇司法人工智能核心文献进行计量分析，描绘了司法人工智能研究的知识图谱，构建了“理论—内容二分—结果”的分析框架。结果表明，国内外司法人工智能研究主要围绕司法人工智能的正当性、功能机制、局限性和功能异化结果而展开，并存在问题域特征突出、理论整合不足、承继性研究缺失等不足。未来，应从加强实证与数理研究、整合司法人工智能功能与限度研究基准、强化下沉研究、推动功能机制实证情境开发等方面，推进研究深化和转型，服务智慧司法实务。 |

| The Citespace knowledge graph analysis method was used to quantitatively analyze 440 core literature on judicial artificial intelligence both domestically and internationally. The knowledge graph of judicial artificial intelligence research was described， and an analytical framework of “ theory content dichotomy consequence ” was constructed. The results indicate that research on judicial artificial intelligence at home and abroad mainly focuses on the legitimacy， functional mechanisms， limitations， and functional alienation of judicial artificial intelligence， and there are shortcomings such as prominent problem domain characteristics， insufficient theoretical integration， and lack of inheritance research. In the future， efforts should be made to strengthen empirical and mathematical research， integrate research benchmarks for the functions and limitations of judicial artificial intelligence， strengthen sinking research， and promote the development of empirical scenarios for functional mechanisms， in order to promote the deepening and transforming of research and serve the practice of smart justice. |
