| 忧患意识是涵养共产党人理想信念的重要载体，以忧患意识涵养共产党人理想信念具有历史渊源的必然性、理论渊源的科学性、实践渊源的合理性。国内外发展环境的深刻变化对强化理想信念教育产生了巨大冲击，推进国家治理现代化的现实困境对强化理想信念教育提出了新要求，跳出历史周期率的重大课题给强化理想信念教育敲响了警钟。因此，需要从“知、情、意、行”四个维度进行综合性考量，增强忧患意识以涵养共产党人的理想信念。 |

| The sense of hardship is an important carrier for the cultivation of Communists ideals and beliefs. It has the inevitability of historical origin，the scientificity of theoretical origin and the rationality of practical origin to cultivate Communists ideals and beliefs with the sense of hardship. The profound changes in the development environment at home and abroad have had a huge impact on strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs. The realistic dilemma of promoting the modernization of national governance has put forward new requirements for strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs. The major issue of leaping out of the historical cycle rate has sounded the alarm for strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs. Therefore，it is necessary to conduct comprehensive consideration from the four dimensions of “knowledge，emotion，intention and action” to enhance the sense of hardship in order to cultivate the ideals and beliefs of Communists. |
