| 加强网络环境下党的舆论引导能力建设，对于提升党的长期执政能力、营造风清气正的网络生态、提升新闻传播“四力”具有重要意义。当今，互联网为党的舆论引导提供了新场域，与此同时，网络传播视域下的扁平化传播格局、海量化网络信息、碎片化信息传播模式、非理性情绪表达对党的舆论掌控力、舆论反应力、舆论整合力和舆论公信力等构成挑战。鉴于此，应该从坚持党管网络媒体的根本原则、创新网络舆论引导的原则方法、构建科学的网络舆论引导机制、提升党政干部的媒介素养等方面，加强网络时代党的舆论引导能力建设。 |

| Strengthening the construction of the Partys ability to guide public opinion in the online environment is of great significance for enhancing the Partys long term governance ability， creating a clean and upright online ecosystem， and enhancing the “four forces” of news dissemination. Nowadays， the Internet provides a new field for the Partys public opinion guidance. At the same time， the flat communication pattern， massive network information， fragmented information communication mode， and irrational emotional expression under the perspective of network communication pose challenges to the Partys public opinion control， public opinion response， public opinion integration， and public opinion credibility. In view of this， we should strengthen the construction of the Partys ability to guide public opinion in the era of the Internet by adhering to the fundamental principle of the Partys management on online media， innovating the principles and methods of online public opinion guidance， constructing a scientific mechanism for online public opinion guidance， and improving the media literacy of Party and government cadres. |
