创新生态系统是汇聚资源赋能企业实现“ 卡脖子” 关键技术创新的有 效组织载体。 基于创新生态系统理论与社会网络理论 ,重点分析核心企业关键技 术创新双向增长的协同机制并进行实证分析。 研究发现 ,知识网络结构嵌入与核 心企业关键技术创新增长的广度呈正相关 ,与关键技术创新增长的深度呈倒 U 型 关系;知识网络关系嵌入与核心企业关键技术创新增长的广度和深度均呈倒 U 型 关系;关键技术创新广度和创新深度在其中发挥交叉中介作用。 研究结果可为企 业实现关键难点技术突破与创新发展提供理论依据与实践参考。 |

The innovation ecosystem is an effective organizational carrier that gathers resource empowering enterprises to achieve key technological innovation in bottleneck situations. Based on the innovation ecosystem theory and social network theory , this paper focuses on analyzing the innovative two-way growing collaborative mechanism of key technology in core enterprises and conducting empirical analysis. Research has found that the embedding of knowledge network structure is positively correlated with the breadth of key technology innovation growth in core enterprises , and has an inverted U-shaped relationship with the depth of key technology innovation growth. The embedding of knowledge network relationships and the breadth and depth of key technological innovation growth in core enterprises exhibit an inverted U-shaped relationship. The breadth and depth of key technological innovation play a cross mediating role in it. The research results provide theoretical basis and practical reference for enterprises to achieve breakthroughs in key and difficult technologies and innovative development. |
