| 自动驾驶出行服务平台“萝卜快跑”的运营存在技术和伦理疑难，后者尤其受到公众关注。自动驾驶汽车的广泛使用会使运输行业从业者陷入就业危机，这与智能技术造福于人的基本价值承诺相悖。对新卢德主义思想的批判性分析揭示出，伦理疑难源于人们对智能技术发展的盲目乐观，克服疑难需要重申技术发展以人为目的的价值立场，并通过制度确保其得以实现，这包括建立与完善科技伦理审查机制，并在数字平台开展专题论辩。总体上，自动驾驶技术有着良好的发展前景，应整合国家、企业和个人的力量应对其带来的就业危机。 |

| There are technical and ethical difficulties in the operation of the automatic driving service platform “Apollo Go”， which is particularly concerned by the public. The widespread use of autonomous vehicle will lead to employment crisis for transport industry practitioners， which is contrary to the basic value commitment of intelligent technology to benefit people. A critical analysis of Neo Luddite thought reveals that ethical dilemmas stem from people's blind optimism about the development of intelligent technology. Overcoming these dilemmas requires reaffirming the value position of technology as a human centered approach and ensuring its realization through institutional measures， including establishing and improving mechanisms for ethical review of technology and conducting specialized debates on digital platforms. Overall， autonomous driving technology has a promising development prospect and should integrate the efforts of the country， enterprises， and individuals to address the employment crisis it brings. |
