      随着生成式语言模型ChatGPT在社交领域的广泛应用,人类个体与ChatGPT在社会评价中的情感反应是否存在趋同性与偏离性值得深究。92名被试和92试次ChatGPT分别对180个评价句子(针对外貌或性格进行表扬或批评)的愉悦度进行了1~7分评分。结果显示,ChatGPT接受社会评价时的整体愉悦度评分高于人类被试。进一步分析发现,虽然ChatGPT对表扬(无论是外貌还是性格)的评分高于人类被试,但对批评的评分则低于人类被试,尤其是针对性格的批评。因而,ChatGPT在处理正性评价与负性评价时的情感反应都比人类个体更强烈。这表明,ChatGPT在模拟人类情感方面趋于简单化,难以媲美人类复杂细腻的情感机制。
英文摘要:
      With the widespread application of the generative language model ChatGPT in the social domain,it is worth investigating whether there is a convergence or divergence in emotional responses between human individuals and ChatGPT in social evaluation. 92 participants and 92 trials of ChatGPT rated the pleasure level of 180 evaluation sentences(praising or criticizing appearance or personality)on a scale of 1~7. The results showed that the overall pleasure rating of ChatGPT was higher than that of human participants when receiving social evaluations. Further analysis revealed that although ChatGPT scored higher in praise(whether it was appearance or personality)than human participants,it scored lower in criticism,especially in criticism of personality. In summary,ChatGPT exhibited stronger emotional responses to both positive and negative evaluations compared to human participants. These findings suggest that ChatGPT's approach to simulating human emotions tends to be overly simplistic,and its emotional responses currently fall short of aligning with the complex and nuanced emotional mechanisms of humans.
