| 文化新质生产力的形成有其理论、历史和时代的逻辑机理。相较于传统文化生产力，文化新质生产力是以“高质量发展”为内在要求、以“高效能”为显著标识、以“创新性”为根本驱动、以实现“新的文化使命”为目标任务的新样态、新形式。以文化新质生产力引领文化强国建设的路径在于提升科学思维能力，为发展文化新质生产力提供方法论指导；建设新型文化劳动力队伍，为发展文化新质生产力奠定人才基础；深化文化体制机制改革，为发展文化新质生产力构建新型生产关系。 |

| The formation of cultural new quality productivity has its theoretical, historical, and historical logical mechanisms. Compared with traditional cultural productivity, cultural new quality productivity is characterized by “high-quality development” as its inherent requirement, “high efficiency”as its prominent indicator, “innovation” as its fundamental driving force, and the goal of achieving “new cultural missions”. The path to leading the construction of a strong cultural country with cultural new quality productivity lies in enhancing scientific thinking ability and providing methodological guidance for the development of cultural new quality productivity, building a new type of cultural labor force to lay a talent foundation for the development of new cultural productivity, deepening the reform of cultural system and mechanism to build a new type of production relationship for the development of cultural new quality productivity. |
