| 人工智能生成数字化人格技术，凭借其在数据收集、建模、内容生成与交互等领域的创新应用，成功地将建模对象的人格要素转化为数字形态，实现了对个体的“复刻”“复活”，并在与用户互动的过程中建立起紧密的情感联系。这一技术的广泛应用不仅可能触及个人信息、肖像、隐私、名誉的侵权问题，还可能诱发情感错位寄托、生死观念模糊、身份认同危机等伦理挑战。为解决这些问题，应首先明确人工智能生成数字化人格的规范基础是个人的数字人格决定权；其次从经营者与运营平台维度，健全企业数据合规体系，明确数据使用的伦理规范和法律边界；最后从用户维度，建立以用户为中心的人工智能伦理观，提升公众对技术应用的认知与自我保护能力。以此三重治理路径，共同构建对人工智能生成数字化人格技术的全面规范体系，推动人工智能生成数字化人格技术的健康发展。 |

| Artificial intelligence generates digital personality technology, which, with its innovative applications in data collection, modeling, content generation and interaction, successfully transforms the personality elements of modeling objects into digital forms, achieving the “replication” and “resurrection” of individuals, and establishing close emotional connections in the process of interacting with users. The widespread application of this technology may not only touch upon infringement issues of personal information, portrait, privacy, and reputation, but may also trigger ethical challenges such as emotional dislocation, blurred concepts of life and death, and identity crisis. To address these issues, it is necessary to first clarify that the normative basis for the generation of digital personalities by artificial intelligence is the individuals right to determine their digital personality. Then, from the perspective of operators and operating platforms, a sound corporate data compliance system should be established, and ethical norms and legal boundaries for data use should be clarified. Finally, from the user perspective, a user centered ethical view of artificial intelligence should be established to enhance public awareness of technology applications and self-protection capabilities. Through this triple governance path, we will jointly build a comprehensive regulatory system for the technology of generating digital personalities through artificial intelligence, and promote the healthy development of AI generated digital personality technology. |
