从价值、目标、内涵、路径四大维度,梳理生态产品价值实现助推新质生产力发展的底层逻辑,并围绕生态产品“价值共识—市场机制—收益分配—供给提升”的逻辑闭环,阐释其助推新质生产力发展的现实困境,认为目前生态产品价值共识仍未形成,阻碍新发展理念落实;生态产品市场机制不健全,制约绿色生产力培育;生态产品收益分配不均衡,影响高质量协调发展;生态产品保护修复难持续,遏制绿色生产率提升。提出生态产品价值实现助推新质生产力发展的关键路径为塑造生态产品价值共识,激发新质生产力“新动能”;完善生态产品市场机制,创造新质生产力“新优势”;优化生态产品收益分配,释放新质生产力“新红利”;推进生态产品供给提升,形成新质生产力“新生态”。 |

From the four dimensions of “value, goal, connotation, path”, this paper sorts out the underlying logic of the value realization of ecological products promoting the development of new quality productivity, and around the logical closed loop of “value consensus—market mechanism—income distribution—supply enhancement” of ecological products, explains the practical difficulties in promoting the development of new quality productivity. It is believed that the current consensus on the value of ecological products has not yet been formed which hinders the implementation of new development concepts, the market mechanism for ecological products is not sound which hinders the cultivation of green productivity, unequal distribution of ecological product benefits affects high-quality coordinated development, and the protection and restoration of ecological products are difficult to sustain which hinders the improvement of green productivity. The article proposes that the key path to the value realization of ecological products promoting the development of new quality productivity is to shape a consensus on the value of ecological products and stimulate the “new momentum” of new quality productivity, improve the market mechanism for ecological products and create new advantages in terms of new quality productivity, optimize the distribution of ecological product benefits and unleash the “new dividends” of new quality productivity, and promote the improvement of ecological product supply and form a “new ecology” of new quality productivity. |
