| 数字空间是否遵守正义原则，直接关系到数字生活质量。从空间社会学的理论视角出发，在人口规模巨大的中国式现代化进程与数字中国建设中，社会公众本应是各类数字空间设计、开发与使用的主体。然而，互联网企业及数字技术精英凭借对数字知识与技术的系统性掌控，成为数字空间生产的实际主导力量。数字空间正逐渐演变为强势群体挤压弱势群体的区隔空间、数字资本攫取剩余价值的利益空间、缺乏精神内涵的庸俗空间，以及丧失差异的单向度空间。我国数字空间生产应始终坚持以人民为中心，保障社会公众的数字权利；以包容差异为基本原则，确保数字空间的合理差异；以法律与道德为基本准则，推动数字空间的有序生产；以多元监管为主要方向，防范数字资本形成时空垄断；以使用价值为核心取向，赋予数字技术人性温度；以传统文化为重要依托，丰富健康数字文化供给。在中国式现代化进程中，亟需探索一条既符合中国国情又具有中国特色的新型数字化发展道路。 |

| Whether digital space abides by the principles of justice bears a direct relation to the quality of digital life. From the theoretical perspective of spatial sociology，in the process of Chinese.style modernization featuring a huge population and the construction of Digital China，the public ought to be the principal subjects in the design，development and utilization of various digi. tal spaces. Nevertheless，relying on systematic control over digital knowledge and technologies，in. ternet enterprises and digital technical elites have become the actual dominant forces in the produc.tion of digital space. Digital space is gradually evolving into a segregated space where powerful groups squeeze vulnerable groups，an interest space for digital capital to capture surplus value，a vulgar space void of spiritual connotations，and a one.dimensional space devoid of diversity. The production of digital space in China should consistently adhere to the people.centered philosophy and safeguard the public’s digital rights，take inclusive diversity as a basic principle to ensure rea. sonable disparities within digital space，follow laws and morality as fundamental norms to advance the orderly production of digital space，pursue diversified supervision to guard against the forma. tion of temporal.spatial monopolies by digital capital，prioritize use value to endow digital technolo. gies with humanistic warmth，and draw on traditional culture to enrich the supply of sound digital culture. In the course of Chinese.style modernization，it is urgent to explore a new path of digital development suited to China’s national conditions and featuring Chinese characteristics. |
