| 基于 2024年 A股上市公司样本数据，以城市公共数据平台上线作为准自然实验，实证检验公共数据开放对企业绿色技术创新的影响机制和作用效果。研究发现：公共数据开放有助于摆脱企业绿色技术创新困境，显著促进了企业绿色技术创新；机制分析表明，公共数据开放主要通过外部监督驱动效应、供需协同拉动效应和信息资源联动效应三重机制赋能企业绿色技术创新。异质性分析显示，这种促进作用在风险承担能力较强的企业、第二产业企业及数字基础设施政策支持度高的地区的企业更为显著。进一步分析表明，数据质量、平台建设、政策保障和数据利用均显著正向影响企业绿色技术创新；相比省级公共数据开放，地级市公共数据开放对企业绿色技术创新的作用效果更显著。 |

| Using sample data of A.share listed companies in 2024，this paper takes the launch of urban public data platforms as a quasi.natural experiment to empirically examine the im. pact mechanism and effect of public data opening on corporate green technology innovation. The study finds that public data opening helps enterprises break the predicament of green technology in.novation and significantly boosts such innovation. Mechanism analysis reveals that public data opening empowers corporate green technology innovation mainly through three channels：the driv. ing effect of external supervision，the pulling effect of supply.demand coordination，and the link. age effect of information resources. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that this facilitating effect is more pronounced in enterprises with strong risk.taking capacity，secondary industry enterprises， and firms located in regions with high policy support for digital infrastructure. Further analysis shows that data quality，platform construction，policy guarantee and data utilization all exert sig. nificantly positive impacts on corporate green technology innovation. Compared with provincial. level public data opening，prefecture.level municipal public data opening demonstrates a more prominent effect on promoting enterprises’green technology innovation. |
