| 基于 2012—2023年中国沪深 A股上市公司面板数据，将国家级大数据综合试验区试点政策作为评估数据要素效果的一项准自然实验，利用多期双重差分法分析了数据要素对企业新质生产力发展的影响。研究表明：数据要素可以推动企业新质生产力水平的提高；数据要素能够通过促进企业突破式创新，推动企业新质生产力水平的提高，但是通过促进企业渐进式创新，并未达到赋能企业提高新质生产力水平的效果；国家级大数据综合试验区政策对企业新质生产力的政策效应存在异质性，该效应在东部地区企业、中小企业、非国有企业、制造行业企业中更为显著。 |

| Based on panel data of A.share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen StockExchanges from 2012 to 2023，this paper takes the pilot policy of national big data comprehensive pilot zones as a quasi.natural experiment to evaluate the effects of data factors，and adopts the multi.period difference.in.differences method to analyze the impact of data factors on the develop.ment of firms’new quality productivity. The research shows that data factors can elevate the level of firms’new quality productivity. Data factors promote firms’new quality productivity by facilitat. ing radical innovation，yet incremental innovation driven by data factors fails to empower new qual. ity productivity. The policy effect of the national big data comprehensive pilot zones on firms’new quality productivity is heterogeneous. Such effect is more significant for enterprises in eastern re. gions，small and medium.sized enterprises，non.state.owned enterprises，and manufacturing firms. |
