| 分享经济发展离不开制度的创新和完善，分享经济统计工作作为指导我国分享经济运行的重要工具，在国家宏观调控、产业发展、行业监管等方面发挥着积极作用，然而，当前我国分享经济统计工作面临着统计方法落后、经济结构难以衡量、缺少有效合作机制、行业分类归属混乱、大数据方法运用不够等突出问题，严重制约了未来我国分享经济的发展。基于此，从统计制度创新的视角出发，提出建立统一标准方法，加强保障制度建设、数据合作交流及统计人才培养等对策建议。 |

| The development of sharing economy is infeasible without system innovation and improvement. The statistical work of sharing economy as an important tool to guide its operation in China plays a positive role in the national macroeconomic regulation and control, industry development and industry supervision. However, this work is presently faced with serious problems such as inappropriate statistical method, difficulty in measuring the economic structure, lack of effective cooperation mechanism, confusion of industry categories and inadequate big data approaches, which will seriously restrict the future development of sharing economy in China. In view of this, this paper proposes countermeasures from the perspective of statistical system innovation as to establish a unified standard method, strengthen the construction of a guarantee system, encourage data cooperation and exchange as well as train statistics personnel. |
