      德国教育改革家洪堡在19世纪初提出了大学“教育与科研合一”的原则,这为高校“双一流”建设中“何谓一流人才、怎样培养一流人才”的问题提供了可能的解决思路,即通过具体的科研(教学)活动培养富有“科学精神”的中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人。科学是“产生知识的社会活动”,通过考察科学活动的各主要环节,认为科学精神的构成要素主要包括:批判精神、求真精神、求实精神、竞争协作和创新超越精神。培养科学精神需要提高广大师生对科学精神重要性的认识,搭建更为广阔的科学精神与人文精神相融通的育人平台,开展求真、求实与求新相结合的科研(教学)活动,实施面向科学精神培养的过程性评价。
英文摘要:
      Humboldt, a German educational reformer, established the principle of “the Unity of Education and Scientific Research” at the beginning of the 19th century, which provided a possible train of thought for the fundamental problems of “what is First Class talents and how to cultivate First Class talents” in the construction of “Double First Class” in universities, that is, how to train the constructors and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics rich in scientific spirit through specific scientific research/teaching activities. This paper regards science as “social activity to produce knowledge”. On the basis of investigating the main links of scientific activities, the paper holds that the constituent elements of scientific spirit mainly include critical spirit, rational truth seeking spirit, rational realistic spirit, competitive cooperation and innovation transcendence spirit. The cultivation of scientific spirit needs to improve the understanding of the importance of scientific spirit among teachers and students, build a broader platform for educating people with the integration of scientific spirit and humanistic spirit, strengthen the comprehensive scientific research/teaching activities of seeking truth and novelty, and carry out the process evaluation oriented to the cultivation of scientific spirit.
