| 利用2007—2018年江苏对“一带一路”沿线41个国家的出口与OFDI面板数据，对OFDI影响出口的总体效应及其国别、地区和时间差异进行实证检验。结果表明：总体上，江苏对“一带一路”沿线国家的OFDI对出口具有显著的促进作用；分国别来看，江苏对“一带一路”沿线中低及低收入国家OFDI的出口促进效应显著强于对高收入国家和中高收入国家的促进效应；分地区来看，江苏对位于亚洲的“一带一路”国家OFDI的出口促进效应显著强于对位于中东欧的“一带一路”国家的促进效应，江苏对属于独联体的“一带一路”国家OFDI的出口效应为负；从时间上来看，2014—2018年江苏对“一带一路”沿线国家OFDI的出口促进效应显著弱于2007—2013年。 |

| This paper examined the general effects of Outward Foreign Direct Investment (OFDI) on export trade and its national, regional and time differences, based on the panel data of Jiangsu’s OFDI and exports to 41 One Belt One Road (OBOR) countries from 2007 to 2018. The results indicate that: Jiangsu’s OFDI to OBOR countries generally significantly promotes its export trade. In terms of country, the export promotion effects of Jiangsu’s OFDI to low middle income and low income OBOR countries are significantly stronger than those to high income and middle high income OBOR countries; In terms of region, the effects of Jiangsu’s OFDI to Asian OBOR countries are significantly stronger than those to Central and Eastern European OBOR countries, but the effects are negative in CIS OBOR countries; In terms of time, the effects from 2014 to 2018 are significantly weaker than those from 2007 to 2013. |
