      基于甘肃临夏广河县青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识认同培育实践,采用调查问卷法、访谈法和计量分析法,总结、提炼民族地区青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识认同培育的现状、存在问题和改进策略。甘肃临夏广河县青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识认同培育实践主要涉及培育内容、培育方式和培育者三个方面,受到家庭教育、民族文化和宗教信仰等因素的影响,不同程度地存在培育内容深度较浅、广度不宽,传统培育模式与新兴教育方式相冲突,老中青三代培育者队伍分布不均等问题。建议从理论机制、文化机制和人才机制三方面入手,集推动历史认同、科学技术和实践形态于一体,不断推进民族地区青少年铸牢中华民族共同体意识认同培育工作。

      Taking the cultivation practice of teengers’ awareness of identity of the Chinese national community in Guanghe District, Linxia, Gansu Province as the research object, this paper summarizes and refines the current situation, existing problems and improvement strategies of the cultivation of teenagers’ awareness of the Chinese national community by means of questionnaire, interview and quantitative analysis. In Guanghe District, Linxia, Gansu Province, the practice of cultivating teenagers’ awareness of the Chinese national community mainly involves three aspects: cultivation content, cultivation method and cultivator. However, influenced by family education, national culture and religious belief, there are problems in varying degrees, such as the lack of depth and breadth of cultivation content; the conflict between traditional cultivation mode and the new education mode; and the three generations of the old, the middle aged and the young. It is suggested that we should start from the three aspects of theoretical mechanism, cultural mechanism and talent mechanism to comprehensively promote the integration of historical identity, science and technology, and practical form, so as to constantly promote the cultivation of the awareness of identity of the Chinese national community among teenagers in ethnic areas.
