      随着互联网的发展,企业平台化发展逐渐成为趋势,平台化可以为企业开发更多的冗余价值,是企业商业模式创新的新途径。通过分析新一代消费者的特点,用系统动力学方法对企业、消费者和平台集进行关系分析,构建完整的企业交流平台影响系统。通过数据分析、仿真模拟能够看出,消费领域的企业可以建立交流平台、实现企业平台化,在交流平台上了解消费者需求,改进自身不足,实现企业和消费者的价值共创,进一步创新企业的商业模式。
英文摘要:
      The development of the Internet makes it a trend to build enterprise platforms that can develop more redundant values for enterprises, which is a very good direction for business model innovation. By analyzing the characteristics of the new generation consumers, this paper uses the system dynamics method to analyze the relationship between the enterprise, the consumers, and the platform set, and then it builds a complete enterprise communication platform impact system. The data is analyzed and simulated. The research finds that consumer oriented enterprises can realize enterprise platformization by establishing communication platforms that will help them capture consumer curiosity, improve the interaction between enterprises and consumers, and improve existing deficiencies, so that their business models can be innovated further.
