| 国家召唤新乡贤，乡村期待新乡贤。新时代，社会大众在对传统乡贤的认知，对国家之于新乡贤要求的理解和研究者对新乡贤理想角色的构建基础上形成了新乡贤的角色期待。新乡贤应在社会大众对新乡贤的一般性角色要求基础上结合个人特色开展角色实践，满足社会大众的期待。为培育符合不同乡村发展需求的新乡贤，地方政府应坚持以激发内生动力为主、外部激励为辅的基本原则，协同乡民、基层政府、乡村自治组织等多元主体参与，协同优化新乡贤资源，协同发展在场和不在场新乡贤，促进新乡贤群体健康发展。 |

| The country calls for new county elite, and the countryside looks forward to new county elite. In the new era, the public formed the role expectation of new county elite on the basis of their cognition of the traditional county elite, their understanding of the requirements of the state for county elite and the construction of the ideal role of county elite by researchers.In order to cultivate new county elites who meet the needs of different rural development, local governments should adhere to the basic principle of giving priority to stimulating endogenous power and supplemented by external incentives, cooperate with the participation of multiple subjects such as villagers, grass roots governments and rural autonomous organizations, cooperate to optimize the resources of new county elites, collaboratively develop and promote the healthy development of all county elites. |
