      随着经济的发展,人们的消费理念也在不断重塑。为推动可持续发展,需要正确引导人类的消费欲望。通过对我国消费由节制到激励、再到适度节制的转变历程与社会环境的阐述,分析了节制消费与刺激消费的社会影响,指出节制消费有助于保持经济稳定、增加储蓄、平衡财政收支,但对生产力、经济发展、消费品质与劳动力素质提升具有消极影响;而刺激消费有助于促进经济增长与生产力提升,但易引发消费主义,导致过度消费与浪费。基于此,提出构建适度消费、绿色消费与健康消费的消费理念。
英文摘要:
      With the development of the economy, peoples consumption concepts are constantly being reshaped. To promote sustainable development, it is necessary to correctly guide peoples consumption desires. Based on the elaboration of Chinas consumption from moderation to incentives, and then to moderate moderation, as well as the social environment in which these changes occur, we analyze the social impacts of restrained consumption and stimulated consumption, pointing out that restrained consumption contributes to the stability of the economy, enhancement of savings, balance of financial income and expenditure. However, it may have negative impact on productivity, economic development, product quality, and labor force qualities. On the other hand, stimulated consumption fosters economic growth and improves productivity but can also give rise to consumerism, excessive consumption and waste. Therefore, the concept of moderate,green and healthy consumption is proposed.
